Standard Exhibit Areas

8' x 10' Exhibit Area - $800

The standard 8' x 10' Display Area includes 8' high back wall and 3' high side wall drapes; one 6' skirted table; two folding chairs; waste basket; ID sign, and One (1) Representative attends for Free (Others: $60 each).

8' x 20' Exhibit Area -  $1600

The Large 8' x 20' Display Area includes 8' high back wall and 3' high side wall drapes; two 6' skirted tables; four folding chairs; waste basket; ID sign, and Two (2) Representatives attend for Free (Others: $60 each).

8' x 20' Presentation Area - $1800

The 8' x 20' Presentation Area includes 8' high back wall and 3' high side wall drapes; three 6' skirted tables; eighteen folding chairs; waste basket; ID sign, Two (2) Representatives attend for Free (Others: $60 each).

Exhibit Table Areas

Special, smaller exhibit areas are being set aside this year that consist of a single table for representatives who do not need large booth space.

5' x 8' Exhibit Table Area - $400

The 5' x 8' Table Area includes 3' high side wall drapes; one 6' skirted table; one folding chair; and One (1) Representative attends for Free (Others: $60 each).

Author Table - $100

The Author Table includes 3' high side wall drapes; half a 6' skirted table (shared); one folding chair; and One (1) Representative attends for Free (Others: $60 each).

 

Demonstration Rooms

Two Breakout Rooms are being reserved for presentations by Exhinitors and are available during each of the 5 sessions.

Large Demonstration Room - $500 per hour (5 Sessions availalble)
The break out room is set with 50 seats in theatre style.
 
Small Demonstration Room - $250 per hour (5 sessions available)
The break out room is set with 20 seats in theatre style.

Special Recognition Sponsorships

Breakfast Sponsor - $1,000 (Up to 10 Sponsors)
Companies may sponsor morning breakfast.  Special Recognition will be included at the breakfast station, in the conference program and website.

Afternoon Beverage Sponsor - $500 (Up to 10 Sponsors)
Companies may sponsor afternoon beverages.  Special Recognition will be included at the beverage station, in the conference program and website.

Keynote Sponsor - $5,000
One Company may sponsor the Keynote address. A Special Recognition Sign will be placed on the Keynote Podium with Special Recognition on the Conference website and in the program.
The Keynote Sponsor may introduce the Keynote Speaker (3 minutes maximum).

Drawing

Sponsors and Exhibitors may contribute to a drawing to be held in the Exhibit Hall during the Conference.
