As you get ready and start out on a long ride, you’ll probably hear an array of advice from A LOT of people. Often times, the advice can be confusing, conflicting, or maybe just down right wrong! Learn what you need to really do to prepare and thrive on a long ride with CCNS Coaches during this 1.5 hour long clinic.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Coach Aidan Charles is a 2006 Graduate of Mary Washington University, with a B.S. in Biology with concentrations in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. He is a successful Category 1 Road Racer and is Director of the Connecticut Cycling Advancement Program. Coach Aidan has coached athletes to numerous athletic achievements, including multiple World Championships, over 10 National Championship titles, and National Record breaking rides. He has also consulted various collegiate athletic programs (including Mary Washington, Yale, and Wesleyan Universities) on training program periodization and methodology. Aidan enjoys helping all levels of athletes, from the beginner to the professional level, in a variety of endurance sports, including Cycling, Running, Rowing, and Multi-sport.
