Calling all PAELLA LOVERS! Join us Sat, March 14 for our annual "VIVA PAELLA" cooking & tasting event feat. 7 CHEFS - 3 DIFFERENT PAELLAS! Watch, taste and learn about the art of Paella with GauchoGourmet, the San Antonio Chef Cooperative and Groomer's Seafood! Enjoy a chorizo & craft beer tasting and learn about Paella with our informative talks!

Important:

Paella preparation starts at 10.30am for all who want to watch, learn and ask questions! The cooking takes time and while we will have a chorizo sampling and information talks in the meantime, the tasting will begin between 12.30pm and 1pm.

Chorizo Sampling:

Sample the authentic Spanish Iberico Chorizo!

Beer Tasting:

Craft Beer Sampling with Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery, due to open this Spring at the Pearl.

Paella A-Z:

Learn all about Paella during our small talks held at our Paella booth throughout the event about different paella rice, chorizo & equipment.

Weather Clause: The event will be held outdoors and therefore depends on weather conditions. If weather is not suitable, the event will be rescheduled.
