All high school students face a number of decisions as they make their transition from school to the unfamiliar adult world. For high school students with developmental disabilities, it is vital that this planning for adult life occur with the help of others and with as much information as possible.
The Planning for Adult Life program will host:
"On the Road to Adulthood" - FREE Parent Forum and Opportunity Expo
Hear from experienced parents and professionals in the field addressing eight (8) core areas that students with intellectual/developmental disabilities ages 14-21 and their families need to know to plan. Professional respite is also available for those who wish to join us. Space is limited.
