The RAMP UP purpose is to ensure that all new athletes (new to CrossFit) have a good understanding of, and can complete the CrossFit foundational movements in a safe and effective manner before joining a class and beginning training.
If you have no prior CrossFit Experience, you must complete our Ramp-Up (Introduction) prior to joining a WOD. The Ramp Up is supervised by a CrossFit Level 1 Coach.

Group Ramp-Up
Our group Ramp-Up is 4 hours lonf and generally goes monthly on a Sunday We also run Ramp Ups during evenings over several days or during a weekday morning. Each Ramp-Up session covers CrossFit fundamentals under the direct supervision of our coaches.
Although there is no obligation to join a WOD class, it is designed for the someone who wants to train with us during one of our scheduled WOD times. This class will expose new CrossFit athletes (everyone in CrossFit is an athlete) to the fundamentals in a group format. CrossFit foundational movement techniques will be covered, reviewed and corrected by the coaches to ensure each athlete has the correct technique down. Athletes will be introduced to the fundamentals of CrossFit such as scaling and intensity.
Athletes need to dress in comfortable work out clothes and bring a signed copy of the CrossFit Stafford waiver, a towel, water bottle and good attitude. We will handle the rest.
