Sandra Morales, PHR is President of Alamo HR who provides human resources consulting and recruitment services to small to mid-size companies in San Antonio.

Mrs. Morales specializes in employee relations, benefits implementation and administration, recruiting, training and development, strategic management and policy development.  Additionally, as the Human Resources Director for multiple companies, she has developed and managed HR related projects such as HR software implementation and training, OSHA / Safety, EEO, credentialing, performance evaluation reviews and development, salary structures, and many other initiatives.
