DEFTECH2015: The Defense Technology Contracting Summit is scheduled for July 27-28, 2015 in Arlington, Virginia and responds to the urgent priority of the Defense Department and other federal agencies to work with industry to identify innovative new defense and security technologies. DEFTECH2015 will provide the latest details on DoD's new initiative to develop innovative new technologies with industry, announced by Secretary of Defense Ash Carter in a major speech to Silicon Valley on April 23, 2015. 

DEFTECH2015 will provide invaluable details on DoD's new major initiative to defend DoD networks, systems, and information; to defend the U.S. homeland and U.S. national interests against cyberattacks of significant consequence; and to provide integrated cyber capabilities to support military operations and contingency plans.
