Objectives:

1. Recognize the 3 most common skin diseases that affect the vulva by their historical symptoms and physical appearances.
2. Understand importance of examination of sun-exposed skin as part of the physical examination and recognize the 3 most common types of skin cancer.
3. Identify the best treatment methods for the 3 most common types of skin cancer.
4. Differentiate psoriasis, a common disease that resembles several others, from more rare or complex cases.
5. Compare the many newer treatments for psoriasis against the older established drugs and methods.
