Presenting on "How to use 2 new hybrids of EFT (Emotional Freedom  Techniques) - Faster EFT and Picture Tapping Technique"

Course Abstract:

EFT (emotional Freedom Techniques) is an energy therapy modality which causes release of unwanted emotion.  Each person taps on certain meridian points on the face while holding in mind the troubling feeling they wish to release.

In addition to  the original EFT which was developed in 1995 by Gary Craig there are now 2 other hybrids of EFT which also use meridian tapping.

We will have a tapping experience of EFT to understand the basis of EFT and then I will introduce the 2 hybrids which are

  1. Faster EFT- this goes beyond where EFT goes in healing the emotional disturbance associated with memory
  2. Picture Tapping Technique- this uses the power of meridian tapping combined with drawing pictures to using unconscious metaphors to resolve an issue.
Course Objectives:
  1. To show how different techniques work with different types of issues.
  2. To show what refinements make sure that meridian tapping works.
