What is the purpose of the workshops?

Professional development for the Equine-guided practitioners. Learn from long time equine-guided coaches.

You will learn the ins and outs of designing and delivering a group workshop - from sales to deliver to follow-up presented by Ann Romberg.  And you will learn how to coach to the embodied brilliance of your clients through the power of the one to one Word Horse  Activities presented by Beth Peterson and Cathy Buelow.   There is no other workshop like this for Equine-guided practitioners. 

How will the workshop flow?

Day 1 (9:00am - 4:00pm): You will learn the ins and outs of designing and delivering a group teambuilding workshop - from sales to deliver to follow-up presented by Ann Kerr Romberg Includes in depth hands on practice delivering activities you choose with mentoring from Ann about how to honor the horse as coaching partner, facilitation skills to create a team environment and how to juggle the lead facilitation role with coaching individuals in the team.

Day 2  (9:00am - 4:00pm) Transition into the Word Horse Worskhop led by Beth Peterson and Cathy Buelow.  During our afternoon we will explore:

• The felt sense of who you are as an equine guided facilitator 
• How you access your strengths to hold space for yourself and your client
• How to provide your client the best possible coaching experience.

You will be introduced to the Word Horse Activity Book along with the coaching card deck that can stand alone or be used in tandem with the Word Horse Activity Book. 

*The Word Horse Activity Book for Horse Assisted Coaching Professionals and the Word Horse Coaching Card Deck were both published in 2014 and are available for purchase on Ann and Beth’s websites. The original 36 words stem from the transformational experiences clients have in horse assisted coaching sessions.

Ann, Beth and Cathy are all certified life and equine guided coaches and have been partnering with horses to coach clients for the past 9-12 years.  Cathy and Beth are both graduates of the Wisdom Horse Coaching apprenticeship program co-facilitated by Ann.  They believe the horses and the natural world are our guides and teachers, who mirror back to us our gifts and support our own healing.
