Creating the Financial Projections for Your Business Plan

Writing a great business plan is one of the most challenging tasks that a business person will ever undertake.  And developing financial projections is the most difficult part of the business plan.

This workshop will teach you how to use a powerful tool created by SCORE that will provide you with a structured method to develop financial projections for your business.  This Excel-based tool will take your revenue and expense forecasts and automatically create:

  • Cash flow projections
  • Income statement (P&L)
  • Balance sheet
  • Breakeven analysis
  • Financial ratios

All attendees will receive a copy of the Excel workbook.  You will need to have a copy of Microsoft Excel in order to work with the tool after the class.
