TPREIA and InterNACHI are offering these two classes in Port Aransas on Friday and Saturday, March 27-28, 2015. These classes are rated by those that have attended as very well presented and informative classes.

This 16-Hour Educational Event includes:

Day One: The "NEW" TREC 7-4 Inspection Report changes and the "NEW" Standards of Practice/Legal/Ethics Update requirements for ALL Texas TREC Licensed Inspectors. With the recent changes, penalties, report form and Standards of Practice, you need to know and understand the TREC Rules and State Laws for TREC Licensed Inspectors. 

Day Two: You will learn more about electrical in this class than you could ever imagined!  We will discuss the National Electrical Code and compare the TREC Standard of Practice (SoP) to provide you with the knowledge that you need to perform electrical inspections.
