“The Future of the Commonwealth - Sustainability & Innovation in Planning” 

Join fellow Kentucky planners in Owensboro, Kentucky for the APA-KY Spring Conference! Mark your calendars for May 13th-15th and get ready for dynamic education sessions, exciting networking opportunities, delicious barbecue, and some good old planning fun!

There will be two conference tracks:

 1) Track emphasis on sustainability issues encompassing a broad range of topics from infrastructure to planning practices.

 2) Track hearing about planning basics from planners, public officials, developers, and other planning-related professionals.

Students can attend for free if they choose to volunteer at the conference. Please contact John Bucher at jbucher@corradino.com for more information. 

Conference sessions will be held at the Owensboro Convention Center.  Overnight accomodations as well as the welcome reception will be at the neighboring Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown / Waterfront.  Please call (270) 685-2005 for individual room reservations.  Mention the APA-KY (KAPA) conference for a rate of $119 / night plus tax until April 17, 2015.
