The William-Louis Dreyfus Foundation Art Tour

Join us for a tour of the art work of The William Louis- Dreyfus Foundation.

Free for CBY Members.
$10 for non-members.

for the tour.

Option to meet as a group for lunch afterwards.

The William Louis-Dreyfus Foundation Inc. has been established to promote public awareness of the works of contemporary and self-taught artists. It also intends to benefit other specific educational purposes when it sells its artwork, in particular the educational programs of the Harlem Children’s Zone.

The Foundation’s art collection is made up of works donated by William Louis-Dreyfus, including 100 masterpieces by the self-taught artist Bill Traylor and James Castle, and additional works, presently numbering in excess of one thousand,  on loan from the Louis-Dreyfus Family Collection. The Foundation’s permanent collection is expected to grow over coming years through additional donations of artwork by Mr. Louis-Dreyfus, as well as Foundation purchases.
