A Foundation for Tomorrow is this ECLC's 2015 Annual Meeting & Luncheon. In addition to our nationally renowned speaker, the luncheon will feature the presentation of the 16th Annual Excellence in Leadership Awards, recognizing those who make significant contributions to New York’s children and show exemplary leadership in advancing high quality early care and education.
