Absolute Beginners

This workshop encourages those within the community male or female aged 18yrs and over who want to cycle but have never ridden a bike and unsure how to go about getting into cycling. The course involves an element of theory with an optional short bike ride at the end. Participants are placed on a stationery trainer and given advice on bike set up, technique, gearing and brakes.
