Grassroots Leadership by Andrew Castillo

Does a person need a title, authority or position to successfully lead?

Is it really possible to lead effectively from the grassroots level?

In this session, Andrew will examine real-life examples of effective grassroots leadership.  He'll discuss the characteristics, strategies and tactics that are needed to lead from the position of a BA.  Andrew will expand on the environment that fosters effective grassroots leadership, and what organizations and management can do to empower BA's to lead from where they are.

Andrew Castillo is a management consultant, public speaker, and performance coach.  He and his team help individuals, teams and organizations communicate more effectively and perform more efficiently.
