Honoring the publication of
Leading Healthy Change In Our Communities 2015
In this new book, elementary and middle school students write and illustrate the stories of an infectious disease specialist, a young health educator, an artist who helps heal broken communities, and other leaders who share their insights on making our communities healthier and safer.

Examples of what your gift can accomplish:

Signature Sponsor: $2,500 to $4,999—Foster greater opportunities for more students and communities to engage in special health-focused programs.

Community Sponsor: $1,000 to $2,499—Help us grow and develop the Healthy NewsWorks program as a health and literacy resource in our communities.

Associate Sponsor: $500 to $999Enable teachers and students to take part in health literacy classes or journalism workshops.

Contributing sponsor: $250 to $499—Fund transportation and expenses for student journalists to attend off-campus news conferences or events.

Sponsor: $150 to $249—Provide books, reporter's notebooks, and other newsroom resources for student journalists.
