Jennifer Leary, CliftonLarsonAllen


Jennfier Leary has nearly 20 years of experience in global expansions, assurance, advisory, and mergers and acquisitions.  She spent 9 years with an International public accounting firm serving a global client base from locations in Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD and Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 

Jennifer is the Managing Partner of CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) in North Carolina as well as the lead Partner in Charge of the Global Concierge Services Group of CLA.  In this role, she leads global teams helping companies expand into the United States by means of setting up new operations, or acquiring an existing company.  She is currently assisting over 25 individual companies with global expansions.

Jennifer graduated with from the University of Delaware, receiving a BSBA/Accounting and Management Information Systems dual degree.  She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the States of Maryland and North Carolina and practices throughout the U.S. and globally in over 40 countries.
