Meeting Registration:
Registration for the RCMA Summer Meeting and the RCMA Legislative Day will be open through Wednesday, July 1. Your timely meeting registration is essential for providing the hotel an accurate atttendee count and to ensure we have sufficient room for all attendees.

RCMA Legislative Day:
The RCMA Legislative Day will take place on Wednesday, July 15, immediately following the July 13-14 membership meeting, and will offer the opportunity for roof coating manufacturers and suppliers to the industry to meet with congressional representatives.

Never participated in an RCMA Legislative Day? Here's how it works: RCMA will pre-schedule meetings with your Members of Congress and key congressional staffers so you can communicate to them the importance of the roof coatings industry. RCMA will supply you with issue briefs and talking points prior to your meetings so you can speak effectively on the key topics. All you need to do is show up ready to talk about what you know best - roof coatings!

After registering for the RCMA Legislative Day, Staff Associate Jared Rothstein will be in contact with you to gather some information needed to schedule the Capitol Hill meetings: the addresses of the headquarters, plants, and other facilities of your company, and your home address. This will ensure that RCMA staff are able to reach out to the greatest number of your congressional representatives for meetings on Capitol Hill.
