Pituitary tumors, craniopharyngiomas, and meningiomas in the suprasellar region can have a profound impact on visual and endocrine function. This lecture reviews the indications and limitations of endonasal minimally invasive resection of these challenging tumors. Surgical videos will be used to demonstrate the procedures. Perioperative management, potential complications, and outcomes will be discussed.
