Credit card processing has always been a complicated matter for small businesses.

Now, with so many technological advances, you have more options for payment processing than ever before – and some of those options can make your life as a small business owner much easier.

But, whether you accept credit cards in-store, online, or via mobile apps, you still need to know how to do it correctly.

Join Elena Volkova, Esq., as she interviews Audrey Sawaya on all the innovative solutions available for credit card processing, as well as the pros and cons of the different merchant tools.

In this workshop we will cover:

  • Wireless technology - doing business on the go
  • EMV technology, Apple Pay and how it affects small businesses
  • The best way to reduce overall cost of processing
  • Virtual sales and e-commerce
  • Point of sale solutions you can use on the iPad

You’ll learn how to meet the needs of your customers by providing them with cutting-edge options (and convenience) for making payments – which also has a positive effect on your bottom line.

Audrey Sawaya has worked with Avant-Garde Marketing Solutions (AGMS), a premier merchant service provider, for the past 10 years.  She moved to New York City thirteen years ago with hopes of becoming a famous actress, but ended up spending most of her time waiting tables as a server in a restaurant.  Frustrated with the acting business, Audrey decided to use her people skills as a sales representative for AGMS.  Since then, she has helped hundreds of small businesses to reduce the fees that they pay for credit card processing and increase their profitability through innovative marketing and technology solutions.   Audrey enjoys developing long-term relationships with her clients based on the foundation of integrity, transparency and excellent customer service.
