The 2015 Virginia Oral Health Summit will explore population health indicators, cross-disciplinary relationships and other strategies that clinicians and community members can use to improve health in vulnerable populations. This event is appropriate for medical and dental providers, safety net providers, state agencies, academics, policy makers, health administrators, social workers and anyone interested in comprehensive health care that includes oral health.
Early registration ends October 9. All registrations must be received by November 6.
Free Plenary Session at VCU School of Dentistry
"Unconscious Bias" presented by Matthew Freeman, MA

VCU School of Dentistry is hosting a plenary session to begin to understand how unconscious bias works, where it shows up, and how to begin to point a path toward what we can do about it. The plenary is free and open to all who are interested. CE credit will be available for dental professionals.
