About our Speakers

Kirk Dobson met Dave White in 1999 and shortly thereafter moved his existing practice to David White & Associates. Since that time Kirk has continued to grow his practice and has received many national awards as well as the firms “Advisor of the Year” many times over.

Kirk's approach to Financial Planning ensures that his recommendations encompass each client’s financial goals, time frames and risk tolerance.  Kirk specializes in Fee Based Financial Planning and Investment Management for individuals and business owners.  He works closely with clients to develop customized financial plans that incorporate tax reduction strategies, investment management, wealth transfer, risk management and retirement cash flow.  Helping his clients develop a custom financial strategy is his passion.  Kirk has a strong network of tax and legal professionals available when needed. When not at work, Kirk enjoys classic cars and motorcycles, good wine, bad golf and donating his time to local charities. He is a frequent financial presenter at seminars and lectures.

Linda Fodrini-Johnson is a licensed Family Therapist and Professional Certified Care Manager since 1984; Linda is the Founder of Eldercare Services, a full-service care agency in the San Francisco Bay Area. Eldercare has been providing Care Management, Home Care/Caregiving services, advocacy, counseling, support groups and education since 1989. Prior to private practice, Linda was the Director of the first Dementia Respite Program in the East Bay where she envisioned and created a unique program for individuals in the early stages of dementia.

Linda’s advice to family caregivers is consistently sought by many national magazines such as Consumer Reports, Forbes, Kiplinger’s and USA Today as well as the Wall Street Journal. Linda is often featured in several local newspapers, including the Contra Costa Times, East Bay Business Times and SF Business Times.  As an expert in the field of Elder Care Linda strongly advocates the importance of developing and providing access to the arts for seniors and was also quoted in the Diablo regional Arts Association Magazine. An ardent communicator and pioneer in the care management industry, Linda has also been published in many professional journals.

Passionate about educating family caregivers and professionals, Linda teaches a variety of classes and presents to numerous groups, promoting end of life planning and the value of professional Care Management.
