e-Discovery in 2015:
From Litigation Hold to Document Review

APRIL 29, 2015

Florida Bar Approved for 1.0 CLE Credit

If the terms litigation hold and data preservation make you cringe and run for cover, then this seminar is for you!  Please join the OCBA Paralegal Section for its April 29th lunchtime seminar entitled, "e-Discovery in 2015: From Litigation Hold to Document Review."  We are excited to welcome Adam Losey, an internationally recognized attorney, author, and educator in the field of technology law, who will teach us more about these scary terms and bring some much needed calm to the storm we call e-discovery.

In this short presentation, Mr. Losey will discuss litigation holds and how to respond to them, data preservation and how to engage forensic examiners, as well as demonstrate review platforms and software.  Attendees will also enjoy an interactive Q&A discussion with Mr. Losey.  But that's not even the best part!  The best part is this seminar has been approved for 1.0 CLE credit by the Florida Bar!

A hot catered lunch and giveaways will also be provided courtesy of:
