It is with great pleasure that we can announce our 6th Culinary German Dinner at Brock's at Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa in Hoover. It will be a spectacular White Asparagus four-course German dinner specifically prepared by Chef Marx Gary for AGP members and guests.

1^st course - Shaved white asparagus, frisee, fennel, granny smith apple & sunny side egg

 2^nd course -  White Asparagus Bisque-Asparagus crème fraiche & Pancetta

 3^rd course - Wiener Schnitzel-Potatoes, Asparagus & Beer Sauce

 4^th course - Apple Streudel-Crème Anglaise

 

  Please note that there is limited space of 25 guests for this event. Please note that you can register online for this event. This meal is priced at $45 per person - tips and beverages will be charged separately at the dinner. Due to the purchase of menu items specifically for this event, you must preregister. Advanced reservations that need to be cancelled, must be done 72 hours before the time of the event.
