Target Audience
This webinar is intended for corrections clinical staff, Federal Training Center Collaborative (FTTC), U.S.Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and healthcare staff who treat and manage patients withtuberculosis in the correctional facilities.

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the trends in epidemiology related to TB disease in correctional settings along the US-Mexico border
  • Describe the management of tuberculosis disease in correctional settings along the USMexicoborder
  • Describe the challenges involved in the release and transfer of inmates across country borders
