About the Presenters:

Marcia Buser is Quality Manager at Zepher Inc in Bingen, WA.  She has over 30 years experience in implementing and managing quality systems and in the course of her career has held quality management positions for Insitu,  Altman, Browning and Company,   Techform Advanced Casting Technology,   Controltek,   R.R. Donnelly Norwest and Precision Castparts Corp.  

Marcia is an Exemplar Global (RABQSA) Quality Management System Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CQM/OE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Biomedical Auditor and a Plexus EPiC ISO 9000 Training System Certified Trainer.

Tristan Buser-Molatore has been a quality management system auditor and consultant since 2012.  He is an Exemplar Global (RABQSA) Quality Management System Principle Auditor, and passed the exam and becoming qualified to be an Aerospace Auditor for AS9100 registration.  He is also experienced in implementing and auditing to ISO 13485 and ISO 14000.

Tristan is based in Portland, OR and serves clients through Oregon and Washington.  He also works as a Third Party Contractor for OMEP and Impact Washington.
