Project Connect Train the Trainer

Improving Health Care Response: Addressing Intimate Partner Violence, Reproductive and Sexual Coercion

Apply Now!

This train the trainer opportunity is based on the “Did You Know Your Relationship Affects Your Health? A Train the Trainers Curriculum on Addressing Intimate Partner Violence, Reproductive, and Sexual Coercion.” Health care providers and advocates will leave this training with the necessary information, tools and materials to begin training health care and other providers in their community on how to assess and respond to intimate partner violence, reproductive, and sexual coercion using an evidence-based intervention.

Space is limited and preference will be given to multidisciplinary teams with interest and capacity to maintain training and implementation and/or provide trainings to other community providers. Teams of 2-4 individuals may include for example: health providers, program trainers, domestic/sexual violence program staff, culturally based program staff, taskforce members, and quality assurance experts.

Completing the registration form will serve as your application and if accepted, your registration for the training. All applicants will be notified of their application status by email.

Scholarships to cover travel costs will be available.
