History: The Greater Miami Festivals & Events Association (GMFEA) is a not-for-profit corporation representing the broad spectrum of South Florida’s multi-ethnic community. GMFEA is celebrating its 30th anniversary of supporting its member organizations in maintaining a commitment to producing excellent public celebrations while championing this community’s cultural diversity. Currently, the Association’s membership totals more than 100 festivals and special events groups, public agencies, institutions, and area businesses, with an aggregate annual attendance at their events in excess of 3.5 million.

When: GMFEA’s Jazz Up Your Event conference will take place Wednesday, June 24th, 2015 and it is anticipated that more than 300 of the community’s premier event planners and industry professionals will attend.

Where: The conference will take place at the Miami Airport Convention Center 711 NW 72nd Ave. Miami FL 33126

• More than 150 of the areas best event professionals attended.

SCHEDULE

Wi-Fi Internet will be available for purchase by each exhibitor at $12.95 per day per computer.
Hotel rooms are available at $139 per night. 
Booth includes 8ft tall back wall, 3ft side panels. 1-8ft skirted table with two chairs, waste basket, one electrical outlet if requested. Load in of exhibitor's materials must be done through the loading dock in rear of building.
