We invite you to attend an unique event that you won't forget for awhile. Mindset is often regarded as the important key that will change someone's health or life. Come and listen as the speakers introduce us to mindset management and the importance of emotional engagement and cultural transformation. We will also explore how mindset can be managed to overcome certain mental illnesses, or set the stage to increase productivity in a workplace.

George Barbas; Founder & CEO of Lean Thinking Company
George is the Founder & CEO of the Lean Thinking Company, which is a very successful company in Australia that prides itself in Change Management and improving the mindsets of various people. George has a passion for eliminating intellectual waste and providing tips on how to develop a high performance culture in the workplace. George now established the business in the USA and his first of many offices is in Boston. Health Innovators has engaged George and The Lean Thinking Company to support the growth of the business. George has worked with prisoners, long term unemployed, clinical depressed, hundreds of teenagers, teachers, and CEOs.
George developed an online personal goal setting platform called igoals9 that is now changing the speed of how people are being developed and he will share insights into how simple yet effective it to create highly productive mindsets. Igoals9 is now used in homes to develop children, teenagers, sporting clubs and businesses.
We've been told that George Barbas had a personal goal to launch in the USA since 2005 and present to an audience on the topic of cultural transformation and been warned that his passion and emotion is enough to blow the roof of the building.

He is highly experience in rehabilitating patients with a mental illness, and hopefully assist those people in returning to the labor market.
Phil Cicio; President - Lean Thinking Company USA
Phil is a highly self-motivated professional with a proven record of success in the automotive industry: since the age of 15, he has worked in or consulted in the automotive industry. For over 25 of those years, he was a service director at a Mercedes-Benz Dealership. During the past decade, he has been sharing his passion for business development through consulting, coaching and training. He has a strong focus on change management, personalities, communication and attitude improvement. Recently, Phil has developed several training programs that focus on Training the Trainer, Leadership, Attitude and Project Management.
