If you would prefer to complete a paper registration form, please visit the Boat Show event page on the Museum's website.

Please email (mhummel@abm.or) or mail pictures of your entry to be included in the event program and other promotional materials. Original photos will be returned in your exhibitor packet at check-in.

The event schedule is continuously updated as new activities are confirmed. The current schedule can be found on the Museum's website.

Key days and times:

Thursday July 30: Exhibitor arrival and check-in 8 am- 5 pm. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to arrive on Thursday when our volunteers are ready to welcome you and safely launch your boat. The Show opens to the public at 9 am Friday. We understand that some people have long distances to travel, so Friday arrivals are allowed - please just let us you know your ETA.

Friday July 31: Show is open to public 9 am-5 pm.

Saturday August 1: Show is open to public 9 am-5 pm, Judging Team makes their rounds to review boats.

Sunday August 2: The Show ends at the conclusion of the 12 Noon Grand Parade of Antique Boats. We encourage all exhibitors to participate in the parade as it cruises past the Village of Clayton's historic downtown waterfront! Volunteers will be ready to help pull your boats at the end of the parade.
