This seminar is for all attorneys who are involved with writing or negotiating contracts containing insurance and indemnification agreements. It is an introduction into the concept of risk management and it's applicability to contractual agreements involving transfers of property and liability exposures. Also covered will be an update on insurance terms, conditions and how recent insurance industry changes affect the insurability of risk transfer agreements and the Additional Insured. The commercial lease will be used to illustrate these concepts.
