ASSEMBLY 2015 ~ Encountering Christ

The gathering will take place on the campus of St. Mary’s University and will include a day of Prayer, Fellowship, Catechesis, and Praise & Worship.  The schedule features a Eucharistic Procession, Adoration, Keynote by Dr. Scott Hahn, workshops presented by regional and national speakers, Vigil Mass with Archbishop Gustavo, and a concert!

You are invited to attend, as well as participate in the Vendor/Exhibitor Fair. Over 4,000 clergy, men and women religious, leaders of lay ecclesial movements, Catholic school teachers and administrators, and young adults from throughout the Archdiocese are expected to attend.

Vendor/Exhibitor Fair will open at 7:00am
We ask that exhibits close for mass at 5:00pm

Your booth will be seen by approximately 4,000 attendees at Assembly 2015. Vendor/Exhibitors at Assembly 2015 enhance the Conference experience for all in attendance by providing merchandise, resources and witness to help all grow in the Catholic faith. This will be a rewarding partnership and we appreciate your consideration in joining us this year.

We highly recommend submitting application and payment at your earliest convenience as we rent vendor/exhibitor tables on a first come/first serve basis. If paying by check, exhibit space will not be reserved until payment is received in full.

By exhibiting at Assembly 2015 ~ Encountering Christ, you agree that you do not promote anything that is in conflict with the teachings of the Magisterium of the Catholic Church. Each booth WILL be subject to approval.
