What: The Red Sessions are a two-hour training session focused on developing both skills and athleticism. Join certified, professional trainer, and EDGE Volleyball Coach Amy Lowe, along with other EDGE coaches and take advantage of this daily opportunity to hone specific volleyball skills, as well as core strength, vertical leap, agility, and physical conditioning.

When: Offered from May 18 through July 31.
May: Mon – Fri, 5pm-7pm.
June & July: Mon – Fri, 8am-10am.
Players are encouraged to pick a minimum of two days a week. This program gives players a way to focus an increased commitment and dedication to their training and their sport. Every athlete is encouraged and strongly recommended to take this next step forward in their growth.
Why: Increased mental, and athletic development in addition to an already strong skills development program, are now a daily part of development for EDGE athletes – especially in the off-season. The Red Sessions will instill in our athletes a sense of the reward that comes with hard work, all framed within the game we love. These sessions are designed to hone each player’s skills and sharpen their athleticism to a razor’s edge.
Cost: $60/month for up to 2 two-hour training sessions a week. Sessions will be available Monday through Friday. Athletes’ will be given the option to set their own schedule each week. If space is available athletes can choose to attend more than 2 sessions.
Sessions are open to all volleyball players.
