The class will focus on how to work with emotions, thoughts and physical sensations enabling the participant to open to and heal grief in an embodied and compassionate manner. Each class will include a sixty minute meditation session involving both lying down and sitting up positions followed by discussion of how to apply the practices to daily lives. This class will provide tools to learn to work with grief and other challenging experiences. Working with them in a somatic way helps us to heal on a deep level, and to see life's challenges and losses as gifts in a healing and very powerful journey.
