"Big Bad Bear"
Bear Crawl 40yds
3 rep Bear Complex
Score = the total from each of the 3 rep complexes completed. After each Complex attempt athlete needs to Bear crawl again (Buy-in) before attempting Barbell again.
Example:
Bear Crawl then athlete completes 155, Bear Crawl then complete 160, Bear Crawl then miss 165 athlete must Bear Crawl before attempting barbell again. Athlete score = 315
3 RM Bear Complex = weight will start from the ground pass through a FRONT SQUAT and ARM EXTENSION then the weight will need to be BACK SQUATTED and then an additional ARM EXTENSION = 1 rep, rep 2 & rep 3 will need to TOUCH AND GO to the floor for the attempt to count. Athlete may rest the bar anywhere along the way as long as it is not on the floor.
ANY COMBINATION of the above mentioned criteria is considered a good rep ie: squat clean thruster. Back squat push jerk rep 1 complete TOUCH NO GO power clean front squat push press etc as long as there are 2 Hip Extensions and 2 Arm Extensions each rep.
WOD NOTE:
5 bars will be placed staggered in each corner of the field the wod will begin with empty bars and the athletes lined up across the end zone portion of the field.
At 3-2-1 GO ATHLETES will Bear Crawl towards mid field where they will go around a cone and return to the start line. From there they will tell the judge their starting weight and begin to load the bar at their starting weight.
Once the 3 rep Bear complex is completed unbroken or attempted and missed the athlete will then need to complete another Bear Crawl in order to attempt the barbell again.

Score = completion time, :01 will be added for each rep not completed.
ATHLETE NOTE:Barbells will be set up on the sideline sides of the field approximately 20ft apart allowing for every other lane to be obtained from athlete from other side of field. There will be a designated HSPU area and then an area that will zoned off for the Lunge portion of the wod.
At 3-2-1 GO Athletes will rack the bar and begin lunging to mid field. The BACK KNEE MUST TOUCH AND FOOT MUST COME IN CONTACT WITH GROUND AT EXTENSION PRIOR TO THE NEXT STEP FOR REP TO COUNT.
Any variations in the above mentioned will be a no rep and the athlete will return back to where they last success rep was completed.
