DRAW SIZES: Event organizers reserve the right to combine divisions in the event that there is insufficient registration in any division
REPAIR STATION: Wheelchair repair and sales will be available onsite for participant use.
CLASSIFICATION: All participants in the Quad Division must have properly completed the ITF Classification Quad forms. On-site classification will be held on Wednesday, July 15th, 2015 at the Kitsilano Beach Tennis Courts. Players must have completed the ITF Quad Form and submitted it to their National Tennis Federation and to Cristina Hyde-Vaamonde at the ITF, Cristina.Hyde-Vaamonde@itftennis.com, before arrival. TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, June 19th, 2015
TRAVEL: Participants must submit travel arrangements including flight numbers, airline, and arrival times by Monday, July 6th, to receive assistance with ground transportation between airport and hotel.

VISAS: Please note that players carrying passports from certain nations require visas to enter Canada. Please check with your local Canadian embassy to verify whether a visa is needed. If players are missing required visas prior to departure it is unlikely entry to Canada will be granted.

SIGN-IN: SINGLES: All players accepted into the Main/A draw must sign-in personally or by phone with the Referee by 4:00pm on Wednesday, July 15 2015. A player who signs in by phone and does not appear for a tournament will be fined according to the Code of Conduct. Players who do not sign in will be left out of the draw. It is the player’s responsibility to have the correct phone details.
DOUBLES: Both players of a doubles pair must sign in for doubles with the Referee by 2:00pm on Thursday, July 16, 2015 regardless of whether they have declared their wish to play doubles on their entry form. Any player who has not signed-in in person as required shall not be included in the draw.
MIXED DOUBLES: This event will be a new addition to this year's tournament. The ITF is trying to grow the event on the ITF Wheelchair Tennis Tour. Players are encouraged to sign-up and play in this division but please note this is currently a non-sanctioned and non-prize money event.
START OF PLAY: Matches may be scheduled to start as early as 8:00 am Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. * If there are a limited number of entries, match play may begin Friday morning, rather than Thursday. This will be confirmed with registered players immediately following the entry deadline.
PRIZES: USD $12,000 will be distributed in the Open and Quad Divisions based on the ITF prize money regulations. Please note: prize money will not be provided to the Men's A Division and the Mixed Doubles event as they are non-sanctioned divisions.
OFFICIALS: A tournament Referee and roving umpire will be available during the tournament. Chair umpires will be provided for Main Draw (singles/doubles) matches from the quarterfinals onwards.
MATCHES: All matches will be the best 2 out of 3 sets with the ITF tie-break system in place
WARM UP: 5 minutes
DEFAULTS: The 15 minute default rule will be strictly enforced
DRESS CODE: Proper tennis attire required
GENERAL: The tournament will be played in accordance with the Rules of Tennis and ITF regulation
CONDUCT: ITF Code of Conduct for the NEC Wheelchair Tennis Tour shall be strictly enforced
