Menu items include: Honey Lemon Scented Goat Cheese served on Lavosh, Borscht with Honey Creme Fraiche, Garden Fresh Salad served with Honey Mustard dressing, Rice Noodles with fresh greens & vegetables served with a Honey Hot Sour Sauce, “BeeBee” Q Beef and Honey Jack Chicken on top Velvet Risotto, Creamy Honey Parsnip Pasta and a Honey Horchata Tres Leché Cake for dessert. Complimentary Fresh Herbal Iced Tea and a variety of local wines produced by Black’s Smuggler Winery, Camino Real Winery and Milagro Vineyards will be offered.

“This event focuses on eating well to age well.” comments Lindemuth,   “Proceeds from the event go to support the Field to Food Project, which grows and distributes fresh produce to home-bound elders in Valencia County.”    “What’s All the Buzz About” tickets are $45.00 per person or two for $80, and can be purchased at the Center for Ageless Living or at www.growageless.com.
