Manufacturing a Sale - How to build a sustainable, duplicatable and measurable sales organization.

June 10 2015 | 8:15 am to 12:00 pm + Optional Lunch

Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre, 551 Windermere Road, London, ON

Often in a business the founder is the "face" of the company . . . initiating and owning every customer relationship.  But what happens when it is time to grow and/or transition beyond the founder?

This workshop focuses on the strategies, structures, technologies and metrics required to counter the dependence on any one person (often the founder), customer or market.

"Your workshop really hit the spot!  It was clear from the companies that attended the workshop as well as the positive feedback, that your help was greatly valued." ~ EASTEC Show Manager, Society of Manufacturing Engineers

"Your presentation on building a sustainable sales organization was stimulating and well received by our members.  Thanks again for taking the time to come to Vancouver and speak at CAFE Vancouver Family Business Day." ~ Board Member, CAFE Vancouver & Sauder School of Business, Business Families Centre

"Your "Sales Roadmap" gave me the tool I need to assign concise "milestones" as they apply to each opportunity.  That structure was sorely needed in my company and will be implemented for each opportunity, whether they be past, current and new prospects." ~ President, Argo Transdata Corporation
