Please join us for the Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce's May Strategic Luncheon featuring a presentation on health care reform. Offering employee health insurance and other benefits have taken on a level of complexity over the last few years, leaving many employers confused about the compliance of their plans.  

This presentation will be led by Rena Jenkins, with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Rena is Assistant Vice President-Compliance Counsel and is responsible for assisting clients with group health plan compliance questions and resolving group health plan compliance issues related to ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, Internal Revenue Code Section 125, and Healthcare Reform.  Rena provides simple and precise explanations for various heavily regulated areas of employee benefits law.

This luncheon will provide critical information regarding employer requirements regarding IRS Reporting, counting hours, and measuring employees’ eligibility for health insurance.
