Our networking opportunities include golf on Wednesday, and organized dinner groups on Wednesday evening, Thursday lunch, and Thursday evening. The City of Claremore will sponsor dinner at the Will Rogers Memorial Museum on Wednesday and an authentic chuck wagon dinner at Claremore Lake Park on Thursday evening.
The Golf Tournament will be held on Wednesday, July 15th at the Heritage Hills Golf Course, Claremore and will begin at 9:30 a.m. For more information on golf, please contact Steve Commons at steve.commons@edmondok.com.
Our hospitality suite will be open on both Wednesday and Thursday evening after dinner.

Free admission to Claremore's Victorian Mansion, the Belvidere. This three story mansion was built in 1907, and is the home of the Rogers County Historical Society. Visit the Belvidere at www.rchs1.org.
Free admission to the JM Davis Arms & Historical Museum. The museum is the worlds largest privately owned gun collection, approximately 14,000 firearms and another 50,000 artifacts including a Stein collection, Native American Art and a very large collection of World War I posters. PAYMENT OPTIONS- TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR EARLY BIRD RATE
Early Bird registration is $175.00 for members and $200.00 for non-members. To take advantage of Early Bird registration, you must be registered no later than July 1, 2015.
After July 1, 2015, registration is $200.00 for members and $225.00 for non-members. If you are participating in the AMP program, the fee for this conference is $25 total. Golf is $40.00 per player for golf and cart.
You can pay with any major credit card through PayPal. (You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. Just choose the PayPal option and then choose to pay with a credit card.
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose "Pay by check" your email confirmation of registration is your invoice. You will not be sent a separate invoice.
