About the Main Session Speakers:
Bob Ridlon
Bob Ridlon has spent over 35 years studying the creation - evolution controversy and, on that topic, has been a speaker at numerous universities and other venues. He and his wife Elizabeth, a former biology professor, have authored several science books, including chemistry and physics textbooks. Besides being a long-time member, teacher, and deacon at First Baptist Church of O’Fallon, Bob has been an adjunct faculty member at Southwestern Illinois College for more than 20 years. He earned a BA degree in biological sciences from Indiana University, a Master of Science degree from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and did graduate work in biological sciences at the University of Nebraska, where he published his work in the area of reptilian cell ultra-structure.
Mike Buchner
Mike Buchner has a passion for exposing the fallacies of evolution and the scientific credibility of intelligent design and has spoken at various venues on those topics. He holds a B.S. degree in Business, and a M.S. degree in Information Systems Management. Mike, a retired army officer, is now a consultant for the United States Transportation Command at Scott AFB. Mike and his wife Susan are members of First Baptist Church of O’Fallon where they have served as teachers and in various other capacities.

$5/Person; $10/Family (If you register online there is a small convenience fee of .35 per registration)
Tickets can be purchased online by clicking "Register Now" below (Beginning July 9) or in our church bookstore on Sunday mornings between worship services or during the week when the bookstore is open (Mon & Tues: 9am-16:30pm; Wed: 9am-6:30pm, 7:15pm-8pm) Tickets will be available at the door. Pizza snack and drink included in price. Doors open at 3:30 pm - conference starts at 4 pm.
