9-Holes – Ages 13-14  (8:20 a.m. check-in time)
9-Holes – Ages 11-12  (8:40 a.m. check-in time)
 6-Holes – Ages 9-10  (8:40 a.m. check-in time)*
3-Holes - Ages 6-8 (8:40 a.m. check-in time)*
Special mini-clinic for Age 6-10 participants begins at 8:45 a.m.

*It is highly recommended that a parent/adult stay at the course and walk with golfers ages 10 and under.

 Prizes & Lunch will be provided after the tournament.

Free T-shirt to Participants who Register by 7/10/15.

 Registration Requirements:

Participants should be a resident of the Fremont  area (within ~15 miles of Fremont).

There is no registration fee, however, advance registration is required.  Please register by July 10, 2015 to be guaranteed a FREE t-shirt or July 14, 2015 to participate.

or pick up a registration form at any First State location.

 Tee times are not scheduled in advance. 
Tee times are assigned as players arrive to maximize course efficiency.

Note:  Online registration needs to be completed by a parent or guardian due to the waiver that needs to be agreed to before registration submission.  When registering your child, please register using the email address for the parent.
