Event 1, Heat 1 Immediately following

WOD #1

“Heros” (Capped in 15 Min)

  • Only 1 athlete working at a time
  • Must Go in Order

“Tommy V”

  • 21-15-9 Thruster (115/85 Rx – 95/65Sc)
    • Hip crease passes below knee, arm locked out at top with hips fully extended
    • 12-9-6 Rope Climbs (13ft)
      • Scaled Female teams will do 9-6-3 Reps

“Randy”

  • 75 Snatches (75/55)  
    • Bar will start on floor and make 1 continuous movement overhead. 
    • Any Snatch will be fine.  (Power, Sq, Split all acceptable)
    • All Divisions will do 75/55

“Ryan”

  • 7 Muscle Ups
    • C2B’s Rx women & Scaled Men. 
    • Chin over bar Pull-up’s for Scaled women
    • Muscle Up
      • Arms Fully extended at bottom
      • Fully locked out at elbow on Dip
      • Feet cannot pass the height rings
    • C2B
      • Chest comes in contact with Bar
    • Chin over Bar
      • Chin visibility over bar.
      • 21 Burpees
        • Chest make contact with floor for every Rep
        • Jump with Hand touching behind the head and hips fully extended.

 

WOD #2

“400” (Capped in 15 Min)

  • Only 1 athlete working at a time
  • Must Go in Order
  • You may pass the Bar to your Partner

Movements:

  • 100 DL
    • Hips & Knees fully extended & bar is in front of shoulders
    • 100 PC
      • Elbows past the bar with Hips & Knees fully extended
    • 100 BS
      • Hip crease passes below knee
      • Hips & Knees fully extended at Top
    • 100 STOP
      • Press, Push Press, Push & Split Jerks
      • Arms fully extended Overhead
      • Hips & Knees fully extended
      • All Jerks must return to a controlled, shoulder with foot position.

 

WOD #3 (12 min Cap)

“4 Max Reps”

  • Only 1 athlete working at a time
  • Must go in Order
  • You Have 4 Min to complete AMRAP of each Movement
  • You must “By In”  to Each Movement with 40 Unbroken DU
    • Scaled 60 Unbroken Singles.  Scaled athletes cannot do DU. 

Movements:

  • TTB (Scaled Women do Knees-to-Chest)
    • Both heals break the plane of the bar at the bottom
    • Both Feet come in contact with bar at same time. 
    • OH Sq (135/95 Rx – 95/65 Scaled)
      • Hip Crease passed below the knee at bottom
      • Hips & Knees fully extended at top
      • Arms Locked out
      • Box Jump Up/Over (24” All Men/20” all Women)
        • NO hip extension required
        • Both feet come in contact box and you land on opposite side of box you jumped from.
        • You can’t Jump over the box, both feet MUST touch.

 

WOD #4 (Capped in 13 min)

“1RM Snatch”

  • The snatch will be 1 continious motion from floor to Overhead.  Power, Squat or Split all acceptable)
    • No Hang Snatches.  It MUST be 1 Continuous motion
    • Your Team will have a total of 15 Attempts, spread out any way you wish. 
    • Every athlete on Team must post a 1RM or team receives Zero points
    • Each athlete MUST post a 1RM and the total from those 3 lifts will be your score.
