This one day seminar will focus on the investigation process from initial complaint to final report or action. Given the broad reach of Title IX and other companion federal laws, multiple administrators must understand fully the rights of students and the legal responsibilities of the district with regards to allegations of sexual violence.
Multiple employees from each district are encouraged to attend. The seminar is designed for Superintendents, the Title IX Coordinator, Student Services personnel at all levels (including counselors), Human Resources professionals, Principals, School Resource Officers, and any other school system employees who may be called upon to respond or assist in the investigation of a complaint.
