CHICKEN SOUVLAKI WITH TZATZIKI SAUCE –Also called Gyros. Souvlaki means small skewer. Chicken is marinated with yogurt-Lemon and Mediterranean Herbs, and placed on skewers and then grilled and served with Traditional Greek Cucumber Yogurt Dip on Pitta Bread.
