Conquering Challenges with God's Power & Love

This year, our Vacation Bible School, Everest, will certainly be a week-long, wild celebration of God's unconditional love!  During the week, kids will strengthen their faith as they learn that how their faith helps them face the challenges and issues they face.  VBS week is July 6-10, from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon.  The cost is only $25 for the first child and $10 for each additional child.  This fee includes the VBS T-shirt and the CD containing the music of our VBS program.

  The week will be filled with games, songs, crafts, Bible lessons, delicious snacks, and the ever-popular water games day!  Kids will make new, lasting friendships and deepen their relationship with God. 

Groups are divided up according to their rising grade level, from Pre-K through 6th grade.  Older teenagers are needed to help lead the groups and activities.

Each morning begins with an opening gathering that introduces the Bible story for the day.    At the end of the week, we have a closing program (Friday, July 10) at 12:00n for parents, grandparents, and family friends.

Volunteers - both adult and teenagers - are needed to make the week possible.  Please consider volunteering as a group leader, classroom helper, snack helper, photographer, decorating/set up volunteer (on Sunday, July 5), or substitute volunteer.  We can't have VBS without volunteers.  It's a fun week for volunteers as well as children, and the time commitment is only 3 hours a day for just one week out of the summer.  For more information on how you can help, contact our VBS Coordinator, Christine Burrell, or speak with Father Tripp.

Space is limited, so register early.  The program is open to non-parishioners as well, so bring your friends!  The cost covers the snacks and craft materials for each child, as well as a VBS T-Shirt, and a CD of the week's songs and music that you can listen to at home or in the car (one CD per family).  

Please Note:  The Registration Deadline is June 21.  After the 21st, you can still sign up if there are extra spaces or if we have a cancellation.  However, we cannot guarentee that children who sign up after the deadline will receive a music CD or t-shirt.
