Meet your SMPS National President!  A 30+ year veteran marketer of professional services, Barbara Shuck has first-hand experience of the many unexpected twists and turns each one of us encounters on our journey through our lives and our careers.  During this special 90-minute presentation, Barbara will share her insights on how we can successfully navigate through this labyrinth.  From this session, you will learn how to visualize your path to leadership and identify various events, lessons, and experiences which will help you prepare for your own personal journey.  Attendees will walk away with a road map of what your journey might look like and how you can use this plan for setting your personal and professional goals.

Barbara’s professional marketing career includes positions with general contractor firms, architectural and engineering companies, and construction management firms.  Over this time, she has written and presented extensively at SMPS and A/E/C industry events.  This has helped her to actualize her life passion, which is to teach, challenge, motivate, and inspire marketers and business developers on their individual journeys.
