Georgia 811 Diamond Dig

Register for the Georgia 811 Diamond Dig taking place after the 2:05pm Gwinnett Braves game on Sunday, August 9. One hundred randomly selected registrants will have the chance to dig for one of ten pieces of diamond jewelry sponsored by Dynasty Jewelry and Loan in Norcross, Georgia.  A game ticket is required for participation in the Diamond Dig and is NOT included in this registration. CONTEST RULES

A TICKET TO THE AUGUST 9, 2015, 2:05PM GAME IS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION OF SELECTED WINNERS.

1. Eligibility: Only (1) entry per person. Georgia 811 Diamond Dig Registration is only open to those who sign up at the online registration page and who are 18 years of age as of August 9, 2015. Registration is only open to legal residents of the United Sttes and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Georgia 811 and their household members are not eligible to participate in the Diamond Dig Registration. The term "household member" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchilren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, any any other persons resideing at the same household whether or not related. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Georgia 811 as final and binding as it relates to the content. Registration is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Registration Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about June 1, 2015 and ending August 1, 2015. All online entries must be received by August 1, 2015 at 11:59PM EST.

4. How to Enter: Registration must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this registration site. The entry must fulfill all registration requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not ocmplete or do not adhere to the rules or specificaitons may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Georgia 811. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to cicumvent the rules. If you use faudulent methods or otherwise attempt to cicumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Georgia 811.

5. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the registration will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Georgia 811. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the registration within (5) days following the winner selection. Georgia 811 shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk email or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond to selection notificaiton by 12:00PM EST on August 6, is ineligble, or is unable to attend the Diamond Dig, an alternate winner will be selected. Winners may not transfer their selection to another.

7. Rights granted by you: By entering this content you understand that Georgia 811, anyone acting on behalf of Georgia 811, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent ot print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media no known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Registration, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Georgia 811 and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant's participation in the Diamond Dig

9. Georgia 811 reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Registration should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Registration. In such case, Georgia 811 may selec the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Georgia 811. Georgia 811 reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Registration or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

Georgia 811 has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Registraion, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries form the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by contest rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Georgia 811 reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Disputes: Registration is governed by the laws of the United States and Georgia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Registration, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Registration, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Georgia having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitte dto obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Registration), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
